Elevators/rudder

Finished off the nutplates, trim servo attach and counterweight
install in the left elevator.

My new right rudder skin arrived (I put a small dent in the first
while backriveting and decided to replace it) I dimpled deburred and
primed it, and started getting the stiffeners ready to rivet on it.
