More Horizontal Stabilzer

Drilled the right side of the Horizontal Stabilizer skeleton and skin.
Drilled final holes for bearing bolts. Disassembled and deburred all
parts. Dimpled all ribs with a pneumatic dimpler (very cool piece of
kit!).
